All our services are subject to the following conditions, unless explicitly changed or supplemented by a written agreement.

Quotations

Our quotations are time-limited. These limitations comply with legal rules or specifics contained in individual quotations. Our quotes are confidential, and access is permitted only to those persons who are effectively entrusted with the matter.

Prices and Orders

Prices listed in price lists and brochures are non-binding; prices on quotes are binding. The indicated prices are valid for payments made by bank or postal transfer. Payments can also be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Acceptance and performance of orders may depend on a solvency check or a requirement for advance payment. In the event of order cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a percentage of the total amount of the order as a handling and arrangement fee, according to the following conditions:

Cancellation

More than 24 hours before the service starts: no charges

24 - 12 hours before the service starts: 50% charge

Less than 12 hours before the service starts: 100% charge

Liability

JS Slachta Limousine Service is not responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdowns, incorrect pick-up and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control (force majeure).

Payment Terms

Payment must be made via bank or postal transfer, or by credit card, no later than 7 days after the service is rendered. Depending on the specific order, JS Slachta Limousine Service reserves the right to request advance payment. Withholding payments or offsetting any disputed counterclaims by the customer is not permissible.
